It is our aim to enable residents to remain living independently for as long as possible by assisting them with resources to enhance their living experience.

In addition, we support and conduct non-partisan research, education, and informational activities to increase public awareness of juvenile delinquency; to combat crime within neighborhoods; and to prevent community deterioration.
